This position will include helping with unit turns, work orders for residents, basic property maintenance and preventative maintenance. Skills and Qualifications: · At least 3-6 months maintenance or handyman experience · Able to work well with others and with minimal supervision · Own tools Service Technician Responsibilities: · Plumbing · Electrical · Painting · Drywall repairs · Appliance repairs and installation · Apartment turns/work orders *Note: Drug-free work environment.
