Job Description Job Description Job Title: Handyman/Apartment Maintenance Technician (San Gabriel Valley and San Bernardino County) Pay: $25/hr Job Description Under general supervision, perform skilled and semi-skilled duties involved in cleaning, alterations, maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the inside and outside of residential units. This includes tasks involving carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, masonry, and appliance repairs and installation. Responsibilities Maintain and repair the interior and exterior of residential units. Perform tasks related to carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Conduct painting, masonry, and drywall repairs. Handle appliance repairs and installations. Essential Skills Proficiency in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and drywall repair. Experience with hand and power tools, including a sawzall, cordless drill or impact driver, finish nail gun, and grinder. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Being bilingual is considered a plus. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montclair, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
