the facility complies with all state and federal laws and
regulations, which involves maintaining accurate records,
completing required reports, and staying current on all
requirements Communication: Act as the main point of contact for
residents, their families, and the broader community. This also
includes reporting to corporate staff or owners and liaising with
external partners like hospitals and vendors Emergency and problem
resolution: Be prepared to handle emergencies and investigate and
resolve resident or family complaints and grievances promptly
