From campus-wide modernizations to new school construction, we combine creativity, sustainability, and practical solutions to deliver projects that meet the needs of today's learners while staying on budget and on schedule. You'll have the opportunity to engage in all phases of project development, including client interaction and production of technical drawings and renderings. Qualifications: Bachelor of Architecture Revit K-12, DSA, or other education project experience is required Technical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents is a plus Responsibilities: Create innovative architectural designs for K-12 schools, higher education facilities, and other learning environments. Ensure designs align with educational programming requirements, accessibility standards, and sustainability goals. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using BIM tools (e.g., Revit). Maintain accuracy and compliance with building codes, ADA, and local regulations. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design review Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during construction. Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient strategies into all projects.
