Job Description:
Role: EPC Power Electronic Test Engineer Location: Carson, CA
(Need to be Onsite from Day 1) Duration: 6 months Experience Level:
2 years This is what you’ll need: Ability to use data acquisition,
processing, and analysis software such as Matlab or LabVIEW Ability
to utilize standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes,
multimeters, signal generators and power meters with no direction
Ability to use instrumentation such as thermocouples, RTDs, strain
gauges, accelerometers, hygrometers, pressure gauges, and flow
meters B.S. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science,
or a related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience testing high
voltage/power systems Knowledge of automated test equipment design
Experience testing automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN,
Ethernet) EMC Test experience is a plus Programming ability in
LabVIEW is a plus High level of interpersonal and communication
skills Comments for Suppliers Possibility of going direct.
Interview process is 2 rounds. Experience can range between 2-5
years. Candidate must have lab view, running system devices, and
oscilloscopes experience. Day shift (Monday-Friday) with possible
weekends for overtime. Candidate may have to travel with expenses
paid by Client
