Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Build and implement a streamlined Turns process to enhance
efficiency and meet budget expectations
Design workflows for timely and cost-effective resolution of
resident Repairs and Maintenance issues
Lead a team of managers, setting goals, driving professional
development, and managing performance
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in the maintenance or construction
industry
5+ years of experience in the Single Family Rental industry,
specifically in Turns and Maintenance
5+ years of experience leading a high-performing team
5+ years of experience using data to derive insights for
decision-making
Bachelor's degree preferred
