Job Description:
A company is looking for an Adoptions & RFP Manager to lead
content development initiatives and manage proposal processes for
state adoptions of instructional materials.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and monitor the proposal development process for RFPs,
ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, including
drafting, editing, and ensuring compliance with client
specifications
Oversee project timelines and team coordination, evaluating
proposals for continuous process improvement
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in content strategy, technical
writing, or proposal development
Demonstrated success in managing complex RFP and proposal
processes
Familiarity with RFP software (e.g., Loopio, Rfpio Responsive)
Experience with business analysis tools
Knowledge of APMP best practices is preferred
