Lead a Quality Assurance team to develop, implement, monitor and
maintain quality systems and policies and to ensure compliance
risks are identified and mitigated within our Chemical Processing &
- Develops, documents, and implements processes and techniques
needed for the quality management system (QMS), including processes
required for system certifications (i.e., AS9100, Nadcap).
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the
quality system, such as 5S and lean methods.
- Conducts internal audits, including creating audit reports,
closing audit findings, and ensuring appropriate corrective and

reductions, downtime, and productivity.
- Supports Final Inspection Supervisor on Quality issues.
Supports Final Inspector on performing inspection activities to
ensure the product is conforming to specifications and DWG.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Customer Fulfillment,
Manufacturing Process Engineering.
- Works with customers on Quality issues and projects.
- Evaluation and disposition of DMR product. Works on Internal
Corrective Actions finding Root Cause(s), Corrective and Preventive
Knowledge and Abilities:
Familiar with AS9100 Quality Requirements. Knowledge of
administrative procedures. Manages paper files and electronic
records. Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of GD&T, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to interpret instructions both written and oral. Able to work
in a team with co-workers to resolve work issues. Able to
communicate effectively in English.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a
manufacturing environment. Six Sigma Blackbelt preferred.
