This role focuses on supporting individuals in recovery from substance abuse, providing both emotional support and practical assistance. Working closely with healthcare professionals, you will facilitate therapy sessions, document patient progress, and contribute to treatment plans using insights driven by our advanced analytics solutions. Monitor and report on patient behavior and progress. Assist in the planning and administration of evidence-based substance abuse treatment programs. Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions under the supervision of medical professionals. Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans. Support patients with day-to-day activities and ensure compliance with treatment protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to refine treatment strategies using data analytics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and tact. Knowledge of substance abuse disorders and the recovery process. Proficiency with data entry and patient management software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Addiction Professional (CAP), a plus but not required.
