Job Description We are seeking a licensed Full-Time Pharmacist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to excellent patient care. Responsibilities Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal regulations Provide medication counseling and patient education Verify prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, and appropriateness Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow Maintain proper documentation and pharmacy records Communicate with prescribers and healthcare providers as needed Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies and procedures Qualifications Active Pharmacist license in good standing (state-required) PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy school Strong knowledge of pharmacy law and best practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work full-time hours and manage workload efficiently Retail or independent pharmacy experience preferred (but not required) Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunity for long-term growth Stable full-time schedule
