Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Shift: Day Shift (12-hour shifts, open
availability required) Number of Weeks: 13 Salary: $40 - $50 per
hour Job Description: EliteCare Medical Staffing is seeking a
compassionate and skilled Travel Nurse - RN-NICU to join our team
in Bakersfield. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to
provide specialized care to critically ill infants in a supportive
environment. Qualifications: Education: RN Degree from an
accredited institution. License: Current New Jersey RN License.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the
American Heart Association. NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
certification. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care
to neonates in the NICU. Monitor and assess patients' conditions,
implementing care plans as needed. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with
established protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of patient
care and progress. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide
