A travel Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in San Marcos, CA, to support two school sites by covering a leave of absence. This position starts January 12 and extends through the end of the school year in June, providing consistent occupational therapy services to students in need. This role offers 7.5 hours per day of direct service time, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across multiple locations. Ideal candidates will be experienced in delivering occupational therapy services within school settings and demonstrate adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students across different environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students in a school setting. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create individualized treatment plans. Manage caseloads effectively across two school sites, ensuring timely assessments and documentation. Facilitate student progress with evidence-based therapeutic strategies. Participate in meetings and contribute to team efforts supporting student success. Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapist license. Experience working in school settings preferred. Ability to travel between two school locations within San Marcos, CA. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility and professionalism to manage a temporary assignment covering a leave of absence.
