ABM, a leader in tailored facility solutions across the United States, is seeking a Senior Post Lead for our Event Operations & Coordination department. This role is pivotal in overseeing and enhancing the venue operations post-events, including clean-up, maintenance, and client service feedback implementation. This position is instrumental in ensuring that ABM continues to deliver top-tier services, highlighting our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction in entertainment and sports venues. Oversee all aspects of post-event operations including clean-up, maintenance, and waste management. Coordinate with the event management team to ensure smooth transitions between events. Implement feedback mechanisms for service improvement post-events. Manage a team of janitorial and maintenance staff ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Report directly to the Event Operations Manager, providing detailed reports and analysis of event outcomes and operational challenges. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for post-event operations. Liaise with clients to guarantee fulfillment of all contract specifics and satisfaction. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in maintenance and cleaning protocols Ability to manage large teams and multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Sports Venue Staff (CSVS) preferred
