Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers through various
communication channels
Assist with account creation, access, and troubleshooting for
online educational products
Identify potential challenges with platforms and recommend
effective solutions
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in a technical support desk position
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Student
Information Systems
Experience with onboarding users into digital platforms
High level of technical aptitude, particularly in the EdTech
sector
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office
applications
