Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for online booking
tools and proprietary travel technology
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems,
ensuring timely support
Document resolutions and collaborate with internal teams to enhance
customer experience
Required Qualifications
Multi-GDS knowledge, preferably Sabre
2+ years of travel industry experience
Experience with Service Desk software and online booking tools
(e.g., Concur, GetThere)
1+ years of experience in technical support or customer service
within travel technology
Ability to handle multiple support tickets and prioritize tasks in
a fast-paced environment
