Location: Buena Park, CA Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating daily warehouse operations and task management Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy in records through regular reconciliation Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, packing, labeling, and dispatching Conduct and support warehouse safety trainings; help maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with packing, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure efficient workflows Manage asset tracking and coordinate office/warehouse supply purchasing Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse operation data using internal systems Coordinate basic equipment maintenance and repair schedules Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products Support onboarding and training of new warehouse staff Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational procedures Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency Requirements Teamwork skills Proficiency in office programs Experience with ERP and WMS systems preferred Strong multitasking ability Experience in the cosmetics industry is preferred Basic understanding of overall warehouse operations Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Background check required after a conditional offer is made, in accordance with applicable laws Korean/English bilingual proficiency (intermediate speaking, reading, and writing) preferred to support communication with Korean customers, vendors, the internal team, and the HQ.
