Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Invest Operations Associate to
join their Investment Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of investment-related customer support
and inquiries
Handle specialized processes including transfers, rollovers, and
payment resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to support operations and enhance
process efficiency
Required Qualifications
FINRA SIE, Series 66, 7 license or ability to obtain within 6
months of hire
3-5 years of experience in investment, banking, or financial
operations
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and proactive approach
Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends
Passion for customer engagement and solving complex issues
