A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst Associate
- Remote PST.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support for escrow-related
transactions
Manage email inbox and online chat support, documenting information
and resolving or escalating issues
Maintain knowledge of relevant products and may train less
experienced team members
Required Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of escrow transactions and client operating
systems
Familiarity with MS Office products and supported production
support software
2+ years of escrow-related work experience
2+ years of customer service-related work experience
High School diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree preferred
